Shipping policy

All orders placed are final. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled. It is your responsibility to make sure all details are correct before confirming your order.

 

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales and so we follow any New South Wales Public Holidays.

MINIMUM SPEND

The minimum spend for free standard shipping is AUD $80 (inclusive of GST).

 

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

 

Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times may be longer.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.

 

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)? (Domestic)

To minimise the transmissible spread of COVID-19 our delivery partners are aiming to provide an entirely contactless delivery, and so signatures will not be required when delivering your order. All orders will be shipped with Authority To Leave (ATL). ATL deliveries authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively, you can opt to have your order delivered to a P.O Box or secure Australia Post Parcel Locker. Once delivery completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer and no replacements will be offered by Glaze Skin. Glaze Skin is not responsible for parcels left on premise that is exposed to the sun, rain or any other weather conditions.


 

What is deemed a safe place?

‘Safe places’ are considered a secure location at your delivery address where your order is hidden from plain view. A safe place can differ between properties dependent on Courier accessibility. Generally, orders left without a signature may be left behind bins, in power boxes, at your back door or porch area and/or near letterboxes.

 

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Glaze Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit. We offer tracked shipping for all orders and parcels with the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be deemed as delivered.

 

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to Glaze Skin because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $20 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Glaze Skin is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.
