"Hada Labo Shirojun Premium Medicinal Penetration Whitening Toner Moist Type" is a moist type medicated whitening lotion that is particular about moisturizing and whiteness.

Contains white tranexamic acid and glycyrrhizic acid 2K as whitening active ingredients. It also contains vitamin C derivatives (Vitamin C phosphate Mg) and vitamin E as skin conditioning and moisturizing ingredients , and two types of hyaluronic acid (Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid (nano-sized hyaluronic acid), Na-2 hyaluronate) as moisturizing ingredients . It penetrates deep into the stratum corneum of UV-damaged skin and approaches the melanocytes that are the source of blemishes, leading to moisturized whitening skin.

The same weak acidity as healthy bare skin.
